Matt Yemma – Founder & Managing Partner

Matt Yemma founded Endeavor Communications in the spring of 2025. Matt has extensive experience working with financial services, legal, and public affairs clients and has continuously delivered award winning results and strategic communications counsel that has gained his clients A-level media recognition and opened new lines of business to existing clients.

Prior to starting Endeavor Communications, Inc, Matt built a financial services practice and helped manage the public relations for some of the country’s largest law firms at a medium sized public relations agency in Manhattan. Before that, Matt served as an Account Executive at Intermarket Communications. During the financial meltdown of 2007/2008, Matt helped manage the communications strategies of many key players in the financial services community.

Most recently, Matt was a Senior Vice President at Peaks Strategies, then a Managing Director at RF Binder, and a Managing Director at Lyceus Group, working with clients across the professional services landscape.

Matt began his career as a political operative, working with the Nevada Democratic Party, for the Speaker of the Nevada Assembly, and as Deputy Press Secretary with Obama for America. He graduated on the dean’s list in 2006 from The University of Redlands in southern California with a BA in English; Writing.
